A real gem in MetroWest. A little out of the way and maybe not the largest salvage yard, but what they don't have they will find for you. Fair pricing and very friendly staff. Mark, the owner, is responsive, courteous and he values his customers. He answers the phone and calls you back when he promises - what a concept! I will definitely use ML Norwood again.

Nice friendly folks who'll help you get what you need. I drove past many other yards to get there. I'll come back again.

I hit a pothole and bent/cracked the rim of my 2001 PT Cruiser. I spent hours on the phone searching for a used rim. Mark was the first and only person I spoke to that took the time to search for me. Every other place I called just said no. Mark said<" I will find you a rim and call you back." and he did! He saved me over $135. I have never reviewed anything before, but I wanted to do something for this place - It is so hard to find good honest people...I hope my review helps M.L. Norwood Recycling half as much as he helped me.
