I am 70 years old. I hired Chris to trim an Oak tree. And remove a Mahogany tree. He did not finish the job. He promised me he would finish the tree.He never did. The Mahogany tree has a stump sticking about 7-8 foot above the ground..Today July 10th at about 10:22 AM Chris called and threatened me. And he refused to complete the job
