Had them pick up my Husqvarna riding lawn mower which stopped moving forwards and backwards. Picked up, then nothing from them for about two weeks. Not in a hurry, but still along time without any status. Called and spoke with a guy who said they were miraculously finished with the mower repairs and the total was $200. No call for authorization for them to spend that amount, but was going to have to pay it anyway, so let it go. Delivered back to me (great convenience, but "forgot" to tell me $60 for pick up and delivery. Still, needed to be repaired.

First mow, noticed the response was not there. Third mow, would only creep forwards and backwards. Call them again and explained mower still not repaired properly. Came and picked it up again and then nothing for several days. Called them and again, miraculously repaired! EXCEPT another bill of $100? Are you kidding me? Fixed right, the first time NOT on their agenda. Paid the bill, but will never call them again for service calls. I'd like someone who will appreciate and respect my business.
Barbara is rude and says she'll call you back, but never does.

Place is a train wreck. Avoid this place like The Plague.

Horrible customer service! They have had the mower 2 weeks and still it is not repaired. Was told a few days. Was told after 9 days that the part was there and it was next. Now 4 days later still need parts that won't be here for another 5. Rude and no apologies. Says they'll call and never do. The estimate is VERY expensive as well. $400 minimum, maybe a few hundred more. They just want to make you buy a new mower.

Did hours of research on Bagging vs Mulching blades and husband went with Lowes bagging blade info in hand to get 1 bagging blade from Mere's {since that is all they had and I had asked them to hold it & husband wanted to support small business, so would use that as a spare} and 3 more from Lowes. Research had shown mulching blades are hard on engine and don't mow tall grass well, they are for short city slickin lawns. So husband comes home with 3 mulching blades from Mere's. I called Mere's, mentioned my research, and was told the mulching blades would be "fine". WRONG! I have been mowing our 5 acres with our Husqvarna Lawn Tractor for 10 years with bagging blades and the machine never shuddered, shook, moaned and finally stalled out needing to be restarted like it did with the mulching blades. Now a spindle in the deck is shot and we are out $65.00 for the Mere's blades used for an hour! Way to go guys.

STAY AWAY! They act like they are giving you a deal n doing you a favor, but they are NOT! Very shady, toss F bombs like crazy, n are very disrespectful! Just because I was a woman, he treated me like I was an idiot n didn't know a thing about a professional weed eater or its carburetor! What a jerk! Stay away! Took me for $40 just to change a spark plug and I either paid or they kept my weed eater! Ended up being bad premium gas from race trac that gummed up the carburetor, but if the mechanic had changed the gas in it the first time, I would never have had to bring it back!

My family has been working with them for years. They are the only shop in town I will deal with.

Great service very friendly and helpful. Willing to take the time needed to get me the right parts. I will definitely be back.

We are close friends with the owner and they have always treated us well there. My dad and I get blades sharpened there all the time.

Since the owner took over the counter things have been great. Very personable good work and quick return on work done for me. I will definetly be returning back to Mere's.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BUSINESS WAS TERRIBLE.THEY WERE A WEEK LATE IN FINISHING THE REPAIR, AND DID NOT DELIVER WHEN PROMISED.WHEN I WENT TO GET THE MOWER MYSELF, ON A SATURDAY, IT WAS NOT THERE.I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, THEY NEVER CALLED ME EXPCEPT TO SHEDULE A TIME TO PICK UP THE MOWER, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY ALREADY HAD IT! THERE SEEMED TO BE NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THIS MAKES ME WONDER HOW THEIR MOWER REPAIR WORK WILL HOLD UP.
