These guys are terrible. Try getting them on the phone easily, I dare you. Won't happen. Try calling Dan directly... his mail box is full (because he never checks it). Try leaving a message with the receptionist (assuming anyone picks up)... it will not be relayed. I am moving my business elsewhere to a CPA that acts professionally, and cares about his or her clients!
