Joanne should be thrown in jail for what she did to that dog. Have any and all licenses revoked. Some people are sick. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've never been here but I sure as hell know that you should not take your pet here because Joanne is an abusive hag!!!

animal abuse in its truest form this poor helpless pup was choked to the point of hemorrhaging eyes while being groomed , charges must be filed, we CAN NOT turn a blind eyed to this behavior ..

Do not take your pet here. Obviously in wrong business when she lets a pet hurt itself. There is no excuse, if the animal does not cooperate then just stop, You don't let it choke until it breaks blood vessels in it's eyes. NO EXCUSE!

Joanne abuses the dogs there! She choked one of the dog she groomed until it's eyes started to bleed! STAY AWAY!

Please please please do not go here ever if you love your pets don't not go here !!!!!!!!!!!!! They've had many complaints about Joanne and many others choking pets till they die or till there eyes bleed !!!!

Today I took my very antisocial 2-yr-old cat here to get his nails clipped for the first time in his life. JoAnn was so patient and sweet to him. He was fairly good compared to his typical behavior at home. However, he did begin to hiss towards the end. JoAnn simply stopped trimming and soothed him. This was such an excellent experience that my husband even called her a cat whisperer. We will be coming back whenever he needs grooming. I highly recommended this salon.
