I highly recommend Smart Choice Construction for any type of home remodel that you may be looking for. My husband and I were looking to completely upgrade our kitchen, and with the help of Smart Choice, we were able to do so and add items from our “wish list” without breaking the bank. Dimitri and his team are organized, efficient, knowledgeable, and demonstrate excellent craftsmanship. Before, during, and after the remodel, excellent communication was maintained via phone and email. For people like us whom have limited knowledge of what an entire kitchen remodel entails, Dimitri took us step by step through the process and answered questions throughout the project. I really appreciate all of the time/individual attention that he and his team provided us. I could not have asked for a better experience. We finally have our “dream kitchen” and plan to use Smart Choice for other construction projects in the future!

We had a challenging project which included an above ground pool , hot tub and a 3 level deck. Dimitri did an "above and beyond" job on our project , he was in daily contact with us , helped us save money on materials, finished the project on schedule and with no issues with the Elkton inspectors. I was most impressed with his attention to details and his desire to have everything done to perfection. He also did a few extra things that really brought the over all look of our project to another level. I interviewed 3 other deck companies and when I met with Dimitri it was an easy decision, I would recommend his professional attitude and work ethic to anyone. We recently hired Smart Choice Construction to build a deck on the back of our home in Port Deposit, Maryland. Their work was awesome! They came in with one price and stayed with it the entire time.
