I can't say enough about how nice these people are! I called them after having hired another plasterer, who I had prepaid, but did not finish the job and did not return my numerous telephone calls. I finally gave up and called G.B. Carrier Corp. after hearing rave reviews from others regarding their integrity, professionalism and quality of work. I spoke with C.J. and Nancy. After telling them my dilemma, I asked if they could finish the plastering job for me. To my surprise, instead of taking the job, they asked me if I would like them to call the previous contractor I paid, in order to have him call me back and finish the job. I said, "You would do that for me?" The response was, "Of course!" After they called the contractor, he called me and is now going to come back to finish the work. Without G.B. Carrier Corp. intervening on my behalf, I do not think this would have occurred. They went above and beyond to do something nice for someone they didn't know. This is the epitome of good customer service. It is acts of kindness like this, that restores one's faith in humanity. I highly recommend this company.
