Richard is the best. He knows what he is doing and very respectful. Found it very easy to work with him. He will listen to your concerns and works with you on your ideas and makes recommendations. Already told him he will be my contractor for my next project. I am highly satisfied with his work and ethic. Thank you Richard for a great job.

Top to Bottom Inc. came in and removed my old ceramic tile flooring that had hidden wood rot under and replaced it all with a solid wood base and vinyl on top. Great honest owner Richard talked to my 94 year old Navy Veteran father with respect as he served also in the Navy. This company is very professional and will do the hard work without trying to empty your bank account. So glad I found an honest contractor that did work I am proud of!
