Hidden away off of the intersection of Robious and Huguenot, Firebirds is a nice place to have a good meal. My family went there on a Friday night and it was busy when we walked in, so we put our names on the waitlist (found out there is call-ahead seating, which we'll use next time definitely). Got seated quickly and really enjoyed the whole experience from that point on. Our service was efficient and we had a really personable waiter. Our food was delicious, I recommend the BBQ Ribs or the pecan trout. And the kids were happy with their meals too. The Firebirds red wine is also something that should be tried for sure, it was a warm blend without feeling too heavy, my husband and I both enjoyed it. Overall, a very good time and we will be coming back.
