Better Kitchens & Bath was hired to reno our company break room. My original sales rep went out on maternity leave during the first phase of the selection process, assigning me with a different rep, which was difficult to reach during months of communication. READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY, because even though I e-mailed the correct numbers for the color of our countertops and back splash, they transposed both numbers on the contract and when I received the wrong color they made me purchase in accordance with the contract. Also, even though the construction and installation was awesome. Every top cabinet door had to be replaced because of dents in shipping. It took several attempts to deliver doors without dents. All of my cabinets and appliances were brushed stainless steel including the sink. I requested a goose neck faucet in brushed stainless and received a non-goose neck in shiny silver, which was returned and I went to purchase somewhere else. Keep in mind that this was not a small job and I will not use them for future projects.
