Saw someone order their food as we were pulling up to window at the outdoor dining area. Their food was out in like 2mins, we still hadn't received our first food order. Then the car hop comes out with an order of two hamburgers and a slushie again not my order. The car behind me get's that order. At this point I drove off because I only get a 30min lunch and was going to be late getting back. Drove across the street to Cook Out and within 5-8mins I had placed my order, paid, and picked up my food at the window. SHAME ON YOU SONIC! Management needs to work on their lunch service for sure. This was unacceptable. Will not be returned to this Sonic location. You chould learn something from your two Goose Creek locations customer service.

the service is horrible and they do not get orders correct. EVERYTIME I go there if it is just to get a drink or a meal it takes forever and something in the order is not correct...very frustrating and I will not be going back for a while until they can get their act together.
