Driver tried to run us off the road. Called in to complain with company and they cursed us out. Disrespectful, please don’t do any business with them!!!

Tonight 10/28/16 Columbia SC on beltline Rd coming from shop Rd. One of the driver's in the wrecker truck I think it's called nearly ran me and another car off the road passing me ( in a no passing) going way to fast at least 60 he was swerving all over the road. Tried to call to report to someone at the company they would repeatedly pick up and hang up in my face. So I will be in contact with the police about this. I have dash video of how he was driving and all that took place. He put countless lives at risk. Please go check Google for some of the other reviews they have all are horrible. Sad will never have a car of mine towed by these guys.

While on vacation in Charleston, we called AAA and our car was towed by Jennings. We have an all-wheel drive and they towed it incorrectly (never put it in neutral and towed it the back wheels on the ground). resulting in a $1,200 repair. When we contacted them, they argued that because we left Charleston without telling them about the damage, they should not have to pay for it. Ummm... we left Charleston because we were not aware of the damage until the rear of the car began to make strange noises and we became stranded in PA. After days of phone calls, the best they would do is begrudgingly offer to pay 2/3rd of a repair that was entirely necessary due to their negligence.
