This is my first review ever and...Wow! what an experience.
I signed up for the free trial period and had no idea how different this work out would be... Cardio, weights, and a trainor.
Today was my second day at OTF and I feel great!!
Having a trainer makes a huge difference, I worked hard, sweat even harder and watch my heart rate go up. I was able to generate myself when I saw my heart rate dropping, today I burned 540 calories in 60 minutes. The music, the group dynamic and the environment is contagious. I'm considering taking on the $2,500 weight loss challenge, as a bonus!
