I ordered from this shop and got the greatest flowers I've ever seen I loved them also when I placed my order over the phone they were very nice.I just had to come on in and buy more flowers and some other items that they had like an angel figure that I bought I love it to this day an angel was watching over me when I found this place. I drove a long ways to get there but it was worth it thank you petals 2 go

my flowers that came from petals 2 go were wonderful and lasted me a long time and I loved the way the customer service is ran here they were very helpful

Excellent Florist! First of all they are the only florist I could find that is open on Sundays! Prices are great, service is fantastic, flowers are fresh and overall a great place to do business! Friendly staff and easy to get to! 5 stars for sure!

I GAVE NO STARS BECAUSE SOMEONE TRIED TO SURPRISE ME WITH FLOWERS AT WORK AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE IT AT 11AM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM THE PERSON WHO ORDERED IT HAD CALL AND FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS THAT WAS AT 2PM THEN I HAD TO DRIVE TO PICK UP MY OWN FLOWERS BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY CAN DELIVER IT AFTER 4:30PM REALLY SO I DRIVE 30 MINS TO HAVE A SNOBBY WOMAN GIVE ME ATTITUDE AND THE FLOWERS WERE MOSTLY WILTED AND SOME BROKEN WOW VERY BAD ARRANGEMENT IT SEEM THEY JUST PICKED UP THE FLOWER AND JUST THREW THEM IN THE VASE...NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL...BUT THE PERSON WHO SENT IT TO ME A TOTAL SWEETHEART =)

Go somewhere else. 800 Flowers used them, the bouquet was not at all like picture. When purchaser, who spent a good amount of money, questioned/complained, they agreed to replace flowers. "Petals" first said they already replaced (lied-did not), then never did send the replacement. The flowers were also not fresh, and most did not last the week. Nothing at all like flowers received from other florists. Would not use 800 flowers or them.

Been a long time customer since I luve close but willing to travel from now on. Until recently, food is never prepared correctly. Not long ago, the older white female manager gave me an attitude because I was using their own coupons. Recently, just when I was about to bite into my grilled chicken sandwich, I found plastic piece stuck to meat. Not only was it big, hard, and sharp edges, I couldn't imagine what would happen if I swallowed it.

Fast service, friendly and accurate cashiers, hot and fresh food always.
