First time here and hoping things change before it becomes the last. I'm a huge fan and supporter of chipotle however when I went in with two of my friends I was appalled with the entire experience. It was just before 3 o clock no chicken, fajitas , or beans were ready yet 5 people were out back 'prepping' food. They initially tried to offer me what looked like bottom of the barrel scraps of chicken, I kindly declined and said I would wait on new fajitas and chicken. As I watched customers come in and out through the line, I proceeded to see one person running the line and one person doing all the prep work. The other employees seemed to think it was better to sit back. The total seemed a lot higher then I typically pay for half chicken and steak (almost $11). I know this location is fairly new, so I'm not expecting an experience such as this. I really hope management or someone at that location rectifies this. Signed an unsatisfactory customer
