Provided by YP.comThere is frequently trouble with theaters 10 and 11. They know there are problems and if someone complains about sounds quality, customers are given tickets to see another movie. I have a friend who got two sets of free tickets due to the problems. I've heard theater one is 'one of the good ones'. I've personally not had trouble, though.
