the worst service that i saw, over ten minutes in the food area, while three employees were talking while we were waiting. Unbelievable. Your server / bakery attendant are very unpleasant , not welcome, not friendly.

I just wanna say that this management team are really unprofessional. I really wanna refer this to the manager Lurdes and Ania or Ana I don't know this last name because when I requested her name to miss Anna she refused to give to me because I only can say no matter what who was right or what was the issue at this moment is not really important I only want you guys check the camera a couple of min ago around 16:15:34 when my order was process and you guys are gonna realize, how the management team play with me and how the security talked to me. I only can say again no matter what who was right, the managers are there to fix any issue of the customers no to increase the issue. This at the end of the day doesn't make feel mad but yes disappointed when you think that can deal with professional people and is not. Thank you for you time best regards the Customer

Worst services I never had. I would never shop at your store again . Very upset to your store on north bay village . This is second visit to store , your server / bakery attendant are very unpleasant , not welcome, not friendly .She was visit rude the way she talk to me . I won't Evan put a star on this store.
