James did a meticulous job renewing my roof to a beautiful condition, a true work of art! He is a skilled craftsman, exhibits strong values, quality work, reasonable pricing, and always very respectful. Being a flat roof semi-attached to a neighbor can present some challenges with leaks which James corrected.
In addition, he saw that my chimney was collapsing and corrected that problem as well. Lastly, since I have a flat roof with only a crawl space in between, it gets exceptionally hot in the summer with no place for the heat to go. James installed a vent on the roof to help with that problem. Response time was also excellent. Jessica is great communicating from the office throughout the process of your project. I feel very confident in recommending Citywide Roofing & Gutters, Inc.
