Dr. K is great and treated my migraines with success, after nothing else worked. He and Gail are also so accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been going for accupuncture with Laurie for about 8 months or so, and I have had wonderful results. I had been struggling with depression, along with other perimenipausel symptoms for quite a while. Since I have been going for accupuncture, I have had more energy, and I have felt better than I have in a long time! I feel very blessed to have found AAHH.

Through the Newsletters, tele-classes and phone consultations I have learned so much from Dr. Pendergrast. He is helping me to make healthier choices, therefore becoming a healthier individual. He is a man with a tremendous amount of knowledge and I feel blessed to know him. Because of his latest Tele-classes "boosting your metabolism", I am actually finding some answers I have been looking for. He and his wife Gail make a great team in so many different areas. Gail also serves as my coach. They are an awesome couple.

I initially went to see Dr. Pendergrast concerning post menopausal symptoms-irritablility, weight gain and lack of sleep. He was so responsive and kind. He offered natural solutions that really helped-I had already tried the pharmaceutical route with poor results. I am sleeping better, and not nearly so irritable. I have also lost weight-something I had not been able to do for a long time!

I am also seeing Gail for coaching. She helps me see through all of the clutter and excuses, focus on what the real concerns are and how to deal with them in a positive way.

I had a wonderful massage there and can't wait for my next one.

I'm extremely happy to have Dr Pendergrast"s practice available in the CSRA; It fills a crucial and necessary gap

in our community. Although I haven't been to him personally as a patient,I have referred 3 people to him. One of

those was my son who was very ill and I accompanied him to his first hour-long session with Dr Pendergrast. I was impressed with Dr Pendergrast's comprehensive intake questions, his focused attention, his ability to connect with and inspire confidence in my son and most of all, his demonstrated knowledge of traditional as well as alternative medicine.

I left with the feeling of satisfaction that comes from knowing that the doctor had real concern and involvement with my son's treatment as well as the gamut of allopathic and holistic medicine in his repertoire.



I haven't been to Dr Pendergrast as a patient because I haven't been ill but he will be my first chioce when and if

that day comes. All 3 of my referrals are/were pleased with the treatment they recieved and have been back to him

for repeat visits.

Dr. Pendergrast and his staff are ready and able to help you in whatever your health goals happen to be. I have gotten a hot stone massage there. I have also had phone consults with Dr. Pendergrast and he has been able to put me and my family on the road to better health. I love that there are many other possibilities to better health than just a prescription or taking some medicine. While, sometimes, that is needed... very often there is a solution that is much more effective, inexpensive and natural. Here's to your health!!!

I wanted a Doctor and place that I could go to that leaned towards natural healing. AAHH has met that need. The office is comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly. All of the staff members are helpful and have answered all of my questions. We took the class-Simple Steps for Better Health and benefited. I live in Aiken,SC and it is worth the drive to North Augusta, SC.

On my first visit, I was offered tea while waiting for Dr Pendergrast. the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was smiling. I, myself, was with raised eyebrows, what is this place?

Dr. Pendergrast spent over two hours with me and did healing touch that day. I felt better.

After that, I took several classes on regaining health that made good sense and was easy to follow.. I did acupuncture. . I felt the staff was super supportive.

I can say, that today, I feel better than I have in years.
