I feel that they need to hire professionals rather than just training people to learn what to do. I recently got my tire replaced and when I went and had my brakes replaced last week, my tire wasn't even on tight. The lug nuts came off with a half of a twist. This could have caused some damage had I been driving on the highway and my tire come rolling off. I'm very dissatisfied with the workers at Sears auto center in Dartmouth, ma and do not suggest for anyone to go there.
