I called Dun Right Plumbing for a leaking kitchen faucet. Bill answered and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Bill and his worker arrived on time and both were very friendly and pleasant. He inspected the facet and figured out it was a simple connection that needed tighten. I found Bill to be very honest, where as he could have charged me to install the new facet that I had purchased. Bill's pricing was also the most reasonable I have encountered. I will use Dun Right Plumbing again as well as recommend him to my family, friends and you.

Called him around 10 am that day and said he would be coming around 2 to fix my broken 12 inch pipe. Then it was 4 then it was 5 then it was 6 etc. Finally showed up with a huge attitude to fix the pipe and said it would be 200 just to show up on a Saturday said ok and gave him my credit card information for the $200 charge. Told him to NOT charge my card until I got the finally ITEMIZED INVOICE. He completed the work and then went ahead and charged my card 950 the next day for less then a HOUR of work to fix a 12 inch copper pipe without me even viewing the ITEMIZED Invoice.

The whole time I waited around on Saturday for him to show up and the whole attitude he was giving me I should have known but I went with the reviews on this site and boy I was wrong. I text him the next day and told him he never sent me a ITEMIZED INVOICE before he charged my card, his response from a text was " When my book keeper gets to it. And when i get a chance i address your email".



I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and he finally send the invoice (no itemzied just flat rate) to them which stated:



"Emergency service charge called for burst pipe flat rate includes labor and materials of 950 "



Are you kidding me 200 for the call and 750 for less then a hour of work to fix a 12 inch copper pipe. No ITEMIZED INVOICE just a flat rate. Still disputing with my credit card company and next stop is the Better Business Bureau and negative reviews all over the web for this company. Posting pictures of the invoice which is something he made for the credit card company and also show you the text messages he sent me and the copper pipe he fixed. Still have not received a invoice in the mail or email.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!!!!
