I was really hoping to put a 5 star review up for this company but unfortunately I am unable to do so. For starters they where not able to finish the job in the time they stated. Ripped up some drywall when pulling up old rug. Had tack strips poking out of the stairs and the corner of the stairs fell apart on top of that. Thankfully my tenant didnt step on it. They did come back and take care of it after. They also came back to finish the missing rug they didn't have enough material on. The second job they had removed some doors and after multiple attempts and run around never came back to re install them. The rugs smelled of smoke probably due to being shipped from Virginia. Maybe the factory was next to a tobacco factory. I really don't know. I did relay my issues to them in hopes for room for improvement. I will probably not use them for any other properties needing floor services. The reason I gave them 2 stars is the price was decent and phone etiquette was good.
