Service was fast, the tech was super nice. His first concern was that It was getting cold and I had my baby with me.It was way better priced that towing my car to the dealer and over paying for a duplicate key!

I wanted to write to advise of the customer service that I received this past weekend on 1/3/2015. I have misplaced my keys for my car for over a week. I tried to have AAA come and tow my car, but because of the parking area I have to park in, AAA couldn't assist. AAA then recommended EKeys4Cars. I spoke with a gentleman named Steve. He was rude on the phone from the get go. Never mind when he shows up at my apartment to work on the car, I didn't get a hello, all I got was him swearing and complaining about how there was traffic on the highway on his way to me. He seemed very hassled at the fact of having to work on a Saturday, never mind that he got stuck in traffic. Upon trying to get my key cut, he got the door key cut fine. He tried to place the key in the ignition to program it (it's a microchipped key). At that point in time it would not work. He asked if I have ever had two keys for the van. I said not in the two years I owned it. I then made the mistake of asking him if there was a potential that the key could have been miscut by the computer. He then irately advised that he had been doing this for 8 years and didn't have the time to deal with my issue anymore. He then said he wouldn't charge me for the keys he cut, and I should be happy he's not charging me because he wouldn't get paid either. I in turn asked for a business card because at that point the customer service I received was uncalled for. He then stormed down my hill towards his van, at which time he dropped his computer, and a can and started swearing and muttering under his breath. I again asked for a business card at which point he shut the van door in my face. I then proceeded to go to the front of the van to take a picture of his license plate. He then opened the door, threw a business card at me and proceeded to drive at me as I picked up the card off the ground. I had to jump out of the way to avoid getting hit. As he drove away he yelled "good luck with your f***ing car" and drove off. Needless to say I will not be recommending EKeys4Cars to anyone, I have notified AAA as well as the Quirk and Honda dealerships of the poor service I received so that they do not recommend anyone to go there either.
