Worst haircut I ever had. Even my friends couldn't sugarcoat it for me. They all had to admit that it was pretty bad. It was supposed to be a nice, even layered look but it wound up so chopped up and uneven (there were spots where big chunks of hair were missing). I had even brought in a photo of the style I wanted. As soon as she started I mentioned that it wasn't like the picture and she said "You want it to look just like the photo?" well yeah ..that's why I brought it , to make it easier without having to explain. Right after that she grabbed a chuck of hair and cut it and said "that's going to be a lot shorter than your picture". .and continued to cut. Don't know if I somehow insulted her but she got kind of snarky and I got the feeling she couldn't care less about giving me a good cut anymore. Didn't look a thing like the photo. Went to a former hairstylist 9 months later and she told me she could only fix it about 75% because the spots where big chunks of hair had been cut out had not grown out enough yet. what a mess and I got it done right before my trip to Europe! Had to just pull my hair up -- couldn't do anything else with it. Never been there again.
