Grant did an excellent job today treating my home for pest prevention and control. He was very thorough in explaining his scheduled service for today as well as asking me what my goals were for the service. He was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding the safety of the products for my pets and children. He made me feel comfortable with the service and addressed my needs. Grant did an excellent job today! Thank you, Grant!

Justin and Glenn were absolutely amazing!!! These guys are fast, efficient, understand, and just overall professionals. Great work, great service, great people. Anyone looking for this type of service, please use these guys first!!

Zach h. And Tyrone who was in training arrived at my property on time, introduced themselves and asked how they could help me that day. They not only treated inside and outside but they also removed every cobweb around the outside of my home! We discussed my difficulty with bees in the past and they are even willing to help in this department. Zack and Tyrone were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I signed on with active last fall and I have been thrilled with their service!

Zach Hayden was extremely courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing before he started and touched base when he was finished.

Dillon Heyne was the latest of their technicians to visit our home for the quarterly maintenance appointment. He was corteous and pleasant, and took the time to treat the specific outdoor areas where winter insects have been active. It was overall a very positiive interaction, like all of our conversations with Aptive technicians and representatives thus far.

We signed up for service on Saturday and the first service was scheduled for today. Nic S arrived within the stated time window. Hw was courteous, professional, helpful and all around great guy. I can’t say enough good things about him. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about signing up initially as I usually don’t sign up for services as part of a solicitation but Michael the salesman was so professional and excited about his career I thought why not. I am very glad I did. I needed this type of service so he arrived at the perfect time.Kudos to Nic S .He did a great job! He was very thoroug. Nancy S.

Caleer Miller came out and serviced our home for flies and mice. He came on time and was very professional. He had our best interest in mind while servicing the home. Will definitely use Aptive again!!

Randy Field is courteous and did a great job getting rid of our ants. He even works late on Friday's.

My neighbor is an Aptive customer, and is always pleased with the service. In fact she is the reason I wanted to sign up with Aptive. She talked about how great Tim was.But this time caleer did her service and the he was very late,and rush through the job, As he was leaving I asked him about some ants that I was seeing, He was very rude,And told me to call the office because I was not a customer yet.WOW!!.Although I am not a customer I was on my way to becoming one.Well I guess I will not be one now

My Aptive service pro was Tim B. out of the Audubon office near Philadelphia. He made his initial visit on schedule, dressed immaculately on the hottest day in Philadelphia this summer, and politely explained the service contract to me, and asked if there were any special areas of concern. He then went about his service quietly and carefully, and made sure I understood what he was doing.

Edgar came by today to reassess the ants after our first application that Tim B. performed. I am so happy with their knowledge, professionalism and promptness to address our issues. They both have been so great to work with. Thanks guys!

Caleer arrived within the time frame stated by the sales rep. He answered our questions professionally. The service he provided was excellent.

Rich arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional throughout the treatment. He went out of his way to educate me in the applications he was using and some of the background to why some were more effective than others.
Lastly, our home is nestled in a very wooded and shaded area. It appeared to me Rich made an additional effort to treat entire yard, shed and exterior portions of the house including the interior garage and basement needs as well.

John from Aptive did a great job. He is knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and highly clear in his plan and recommendations.
