John from Aptive Pest Control did a great job, and answered all my questions duly and I am satisfied with the service.

Grant did an excellent job today treating my home for pest prevention and control. He was very thorough in explaining his scheduled service for today as well as asking me what my goals were for the service. He was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding the safety of the products for my pets and children. He made me feel comfortable with the service and addressed my needs. Grant did an excellent job today! Thank you, Grant!

Dave was our service tech today 7/30/21 and he was very professional and informative. I gave him our problem areas of spider webs and a deer path through our yard and he gave special attention to those areas. Very pleasant personality and easy to deal with. Diane M.

Gabe was our service rep. He asked me what my concerns were and repeated them to me so that I was sure we were in the same page. He then asked my wife what her concerns were and treated our property for pest control. He completely explained what he did for us and made sure we understood. I think I’ve been with Aptive for about 1 1/2 years and am quite pleased with the past service I’ve received from all of their technicians. Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and proficient. Especially Ed R. He has been very thorough during his visits taking care of an ongoing wasp issue and recently went out of his way to help me save the life of a small frog who would have perished in my cellar way. For that, I am very grateful. I also like that Aptive takes care of both internal and external issues and works with their customers to arrange visits, etc.

Aptive is friendly, curious, and they do such a great job. They are also affordable.

Had to reschedule for Aptive to come back out free of charge to take care of this flea in gnat infestation on my property.
Aptive showed up right on time. Listened to everything that I was telling the tech. He saw for himself the amount of fleas and gnats that were all over my backyard as we walked through the grass. He explained what he was going to do to get rid of this problem. After he was done I checked the backyard and I did not see any fleas or gnats flying around as I walked through the grass. Few hours later Before letting my two dogs out I check the backyard again and still no bugs. Very happy that he was able to disregard these bugs that had been bothering my two animals. Hopefully the chemical that he put down will last.

I was very impressed with the salesperson and the delivery of my first service. The technician was polite and thorough. I’m looking forward to working with this company.

Zach h. And Tyrone who was in training arrived at my property on time, introduced themselves and asked how they could help me that day. They not only treated inside and outside but they also removed every cobweb around the outside of my home! We discussed my difficulty with bees in the past and they are even willing to help in this department. Zack and Tyrone were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I signed on with active last fall and I have been thrilled with their service!

Zach Hayden was extremely courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing before he started and touched base when he was finished.

Dillon Heyne was the latest of their technicians to visit our home for the quarterly maintenance appointment. He was corteous and pleasant, and took the time to treat the specific outdoor areas where winter insects have been active. It was overall a very positiive interaction, like all of our conversations with Aptive technicians and representatives thus far.

We signed up for service on Saturday and the first service was scheduled for today. Nic S arrived within the stated time window. Hw was courteous, professional, helpful and all around great guy. I can’t say enough good things about him. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about signing up initially as I usually don’t sign up for services as part of a solicitation but Michael the salesman was so professional and excited about his career I thought why not. I am very glad I did. I needed this type of service so he arrived at the perfect time.Kudos to Nic S .He did a great job! He was very thoroug. Nancy S.

Caleer Miller came out and serviced our home for flies and mice. He came on time and was very professional. He had our best interest in mind while servicing the home. Will definitely use Aptive again!!

Randy Field is courteous and did a great job getting rid of our ants. He even works late on Friday's.
