I've had them service our HVAC system for the past 2 years and am very satisfied with their work. Their prices are fair, and they do a very thorough inspection of the system to make sure it is running at maximum efficiency. After they inspected our heating unit last fall, they even gave us a voucher that I sent to ONG for a $30 rebate on our gas bill! Highly recommend.

Get as far from this place as you possible can! Poor service, poor customer service and the markup on the parts is like highway robbery! My newly installed a/c has never worked and the technicians' response is now that they don't know. Even overheard the owner yelling at the employees. HORRIBLE!

Waggoner Heating and Air came immediately when I called after not having AC for a week and another company trying to take advantage of me. They worked quickly and were extremely nice and professional. I will always call on them if I ever have a problem again! :)

these people are the best I have ever worked with. they are very professional, punctual and care about their customer. not very common these days.
