I would give it a 1, but I don't use the word hate and I am so disappointed in the way the owner treated me. Yelling at me over the phone bc his worker added a tip for a pick up order and not notifying me is not okay. Who yells at someone unless they know they are in the wrong. All he had to do was talk to me and we could of reasoned this out. I couldn't even get a word in. Would if I was calling him to apologize for thinking his worker was being sneaky? Well, he will never know bc he wouldn't let me talk. I've never been so disrespected in my life. What guy yells at a girl too? Then hanging up on me is also not okay. So yes, I will be using another club for my orders and shakes. Best Wishes.

As I was about to come into the store one of the employees yelled at me for parking on the yellow line. The car next to me had crossed the line and out of respect for the other car I parked slightly over. I did not even proceed to go inside as I wouldn't want to be yelled at again. I quickly got in my vehicle and left. This was disrespect at its finest! Good luck getting me in that place!
