I am glad that I called Servpro as a result of water damage in my garage as a result of flooding from the lake at my house running into my garage. Servpro came and assessed the damage and immediately sent out a crew to clean up the water and dry the garage and checked to see it mold had developed. Thanks Servpro.

I had fire damage in my washroom as a result of faulty wiring which caused extensive damage. I called Servpro and they came and assessed the damage gave me a price which was reasonable and begin to work to restore my washroom by cleanimg up the water from the firefighters efforts smoke and soot damage. I found servpro to be a great company to call if you experience andy water damage to your home due to flooding. They are prompt and very curtious to their customers.

I knew I couldn’t forget about the mold once I saw it growing upon arriving at our vacation house last year. It was not safe for my family’s health, and I would have worried the whole time away. So instead I got your team in to clean it up for us and fix the source of the moisture creating the mold. What a relief!

I would never recommend this company for anything. The owner is impossible to deal with. He is one of the owners, and does not listen to your concerns. They billed us for things that were not done, and were not willing to listen to the concerns. They think it is okay to use an "air scrubber" that has a filter in it that is completely covered in construction debris. They even charge almost $50 for that filter that definitely needed to be changed. I have a daughter with a rare disease, and making sure that the air she breaths is clean is important to me. They think it is okay to talk over customers and ignore their concerns completely. They agreed to reduce their price with our insurance, and then they tried to make us pay the original price. They lied and said they never agreed to the different price. They were careless in some of their removal, and some of my baseboards that should not have been removed were thrown away. That costs me more money. Their team placed 2 dehumidifiers in my house, and forgot to turn one of them on. I will definitely be spreading the word about my experience with this company and especially my experience with the owner. I know my insurance adjuster will do the same. No one deserves to be treated the way the owner will treat you. This post will not help my situation, but I hope it helps someone else choose a much better company.

They do it all , no damage is to big or small for Servpro. They make the big jobs look little . While I was panicking they were working to remove the entire water from the home. When they were done I could not tell there was ever any flooding.

Nothing like finding mold damage in your bathroom right before having people over for a dinner party. Servpro came out quickly and took care of it. And this included the smell. Our guests never even new we had a problem.

Our babysitter thought she would have a fun time with our kids. She is just a young girl and a nice gal. But unfortunately she got our house on fire when she wanted to make smores with the kids in our fireplace! She put too many logs and too much paper to get the fire started in such a small space and some embers, a log and some paper escaped and caught her hair partly on fire--the carpet and the chair in front of the fireplace had caught fire also. We are so grateful that she was able to use a blanket to beat the fire out and then she did the right thing to call 911 anyway. We are renting our lovely home and are so thankful for the fact that the landlord will not be charging us for damages because of the wonderful restoration to our property. Servpro of Norman has been a pleasant experience to work with. Personally I have found them very quick to respond and extremely helpful in answering my questions or concerns. I think Servpro of Norman has a very professional staff and offers great services including water damage restoration. The area I live in is in a major flood zone and I often see them immediately after large rains in the neighborhood helping families recover from the disasters. I personally have worked with the owner Dennis, and will continue to do business with Servpro of Norman because of their great attitudes and willingness to help the community.
