I can't believe I was duped by this place twice! My bad I guess. They are dishonest and overpriced. I've had them tell me they will deliver one thing and switch it out. But wanting to buy local I went back. So the girl agreed to sell my 2 ($100) nightstands as part of my bedroom suit. I didn't check the receipt and she only wrote down 1. She knew what she was doing. So when I called they refused to give me the other one after waiting all day, no time given to me for one guy to show up to deliver it. I purchase $1600 worth of furniture and they want to lose me over a $100 nightstand, bad business. Don't buy from here!

I went into this store and a little old man playing on the computer told me to look around. I looked around and wanted to buy something I ask hime to help me. He came over and was looking at me sideways and licking hios lips like a total pervert. I was pregnant at the time and I was wearing a short skirt. I swear he put his hand on my leg and ask me if I could feel the savings ( gross). I was scared and I left the store and called the manager. The manager said I was lying and told me to not call again. I will never shop there again.

I buy all my furniture from this place. I have never had a problem. I do know they have buckets on the floor because the roof has holes in it, but a girl said that the owner was a cheap a@# and would never fix it. I like the store because the prices are cheap.

I purchesed furniture for a local charity from furniture gallery Usa in Norman ok. I took the furniture and when I went to un bag it there was mold spores all over it growing. The couches were completely covered in black and green mold. When I went back to return the furniture I got nothing but excuses because I wrote check they couldn't return my money right away. Didn't help that when I returned they had buckets all over sells floor catching water from the leaky roof!!! It took a month of perstient haggling to get money back and then on top of everything they CHARGED me a restocking fee!!!! I would be cautious about buying furniture that has mold!

They are great! I've been doing business here for about 1 1/2 years. If I have a problem they will do what they can to resolve it. Thank you Furniture Gallery!
