We had a kitchen sink that was backed up, but were also having problems with the dishwasher and washing machine backing up. Our house was built in the 50’s. Although they were booked until July, the wonderful lady who answered the phone put us on the emergency list. She listened to our issues, and was very knowledgeable about what the problem might be. Lowell was able to fit us in. He walked through the house and outside, and identified the problem. He had everything he needed to do the job, and was very organized and efficient. I’ll call them every time I need a plumbing issue handled.
