TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!! I have been doing business with Best Cleaners for many years, but not until the new owner, Stacey Jones, took over have I ever had anything but great service. I recently went into Best Cleaners (the entrance was filled with old, used, smelly clothes & shoes she was trying to sell & a puppy was roaming around urinating on the floor) & was informed by the owner that the item was lost & that she would have to go through every item on the racks to locate it. I told her I did not have time to wait for that. She became enraged & told me she was not responsible for “her incompetent employees misplacing an item”. Seriously? She’s the owner. Ms. Jones also followed me to the door & made an obscene gesture to me as I was leaving. When my husband went by the next day to pick up the pants, Ms. Jones waved her arms & screeched profanity at him until he went outside & Ms. Jones locked the door. IMO Ms. Jones appears to be mentally ill & is in need of professional help.
