Should be less than 1 star! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are liars and cheats! quoted me $200 to inspect my work...my work mind you, and then clear it with the city. They sent me a bill for $500!!! the co-owner said he charged me 2.5 hours to drive to the city and pull a permit...the city was 7 miles away, and I have pulled permits with the city, even when unfamiliar with the new process it took less than 15 minutes. BTW what was the other 1.5 hours for?! LIARS & CHEATS! the worst form of criminal business owners. the worst.

McCoy's Plumbing and Heating is really great. The work well with low income people and did my repair in two parts so that the part that was not covered was done first followed by the part covered by my dominion power policy came second. they kept me up to speed on all aspects of the work. The men are nice, polite and when they had to break for lunch they let me know my yard was not being left in a mess, they would be back and they will fix it. at this point I am so pleased with their work if they didn't come back and I had to finish the cosmetic part of the repait I would still say they were great.
