G and Karen have the best communication of any general contracting company I have ever worked with. I know what's going on, what to expect, and when to expect it. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very talented.

When trying to decide which company to go with, I was given a higher price and no guarantee of work. I decided to use someone else. However, upon moving out the leasing agency used Karen Fox contracting to replace two light bulbs, tighten two toilet seats and re-attach a smoke detector that was hanging down slightly. This was a 200 dollar bill which was a higher price than was originally given to me by Karen Fox. She quoted me 150 dollars to clean entire place. I believe this was done out of spite for me initially going with a much better cleaning service. Please do not use. Go with another service if integrity and honesty are values of yours or even if not! I highly recommend Gale Hayes Cleaning Service. She was excellent!
