when you call if they have another call on the other end, they just click over without saying please hold! They act like we need them.

This restaurant food is awful!!!! The service from the staff was terrible. They quote one price on their menu, but tell you something else when you pay. Then you asked them about why pricing is different, they argue with you. When food was received, it was half of what you were supposed to get. When that was brought up to staff, they wanted to charge additional money for somehting you already paid for. The staff member that took the food order explained to the owner what was written on the order slip and she said it would still be additional money. RIDICULIOUS!!!!!!!!!!! Now the food, sweet collard greens, boxed mac n cheese that was under cooked and no cheese, and baked chicken and gravy that was left over from the day before, no seasoning. Don't recommend this one at all!!!!!!
