I took a couple of chairs to them 6/15/13 to be re-upholstered and was told it take about 8 weeks. after 12 weeks we started calling and were told 2 more weeks. This went on for a total of 6 months. We finally got them 12/20/13. I think if you just need fabric, they are fine but think twice about using them for any type of repairs.
