My name is Juanita. I took my 2007 4 Runner to Bay Automotive after an accident. This was an awesome decision. I normally would have used a Toyota Dealer. I am glad I did not. Pat kept me updated about my vehicle. The service exceeded my expectations. My truck looks great!

This was a very bad experience. Car was towed there and was told that they were busy and might take a day to get to it. Days of calling went without response. As it turns out they don't even have mechanics all day every day. Finally got car repaired (I hope) at cost significantly more than the estimate. I will never be back. Go here at your own risk.

I very much enjoyed doing business with Bay auto and especially Jack S. His straightforward, no BS, no pressure style was refreshing, and he made sure I got a great deal!
