try to call Saturday for 15 min.( 2 times) could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I received an pad and apple phone as a gift and need to take an class or two how to use it.

This store is the bet kept secret of electronics! They have a "Genius" bar that is manned by experts who are not afraid to admit it if they are stumped and will not hesitate to bring in another person with specific experience in that area. The store has free workshops you can attend, their reps on the floor are not just door openers. They are knowledgeable about the products and do not hesitate to show you how one works. They immediately recognize when someone comes into the store and acknowledge them right away. With that kind of eager attention you would think they work on commission, but they DON'T!!
