If i could give a lower rating I would. What a disorganized company, with the staffing of a baboon exibit. They work from 8-3 everyday, and when they get messages they forget to return them. If they did not need the business, they should jusst shut the front doors. Patricia Coffey who is the main office manager is the most absolute rudest piece of artwork imaginable! She doesnt make mistakes, and doesn't forget anything she ever has to do. What a joke. If you expect crap customer service, and one hell of a long lead time, pop on over to NEMB. If you are looking for a good experience, and a good product, call on someone else. Thank God there was a company elsewhere who was able to help me. BIG THUMBS DOWN!
