The staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable, and they are so informative and patient about taking the time to answer any questions. Their goal is to evaluate your home and to educate the customer about the species and habits of the pests in your area that may lead to potential problems. They have done more than just spray my home for pests, they have tailored my service to meet the particular needs of my home, inside and out. I have not ever seen any insects or pests in my house since I've been using Ultra Guard. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good, quality, trustworthy pest control company.
