Not only a beautiful selection of quality jewelery, but great business ethic as well. I had an antique wedding band re-sized and lost a diamond soon after. They replaced it without hesitation or cost to me. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and his staff.

Have only been here twice but have been impressed both times. Both visits were for getting a separate watch resized and they did it quickly and efficiently.

I wrote a review last week. I gave 5 stars. How come you are only showing negatives on this business.? My review was positive yet all that show are negatives. Today I went to Carnegie to pick up a repair on my ring. Originally they said it would be done next week. To my surprise it was done in 3 days. My ring was repaired and cleaned. This customer is very happy. I have bought several Pandora charms and bracelets. They have very friendly sales staff that go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I hope this review doesn't get unseen.

Excellent jeweler. Had a custom design done for a ring and they made exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find a good custom jeweler.

I've know this place for years. I live nearby and have on occasion have purchased from the store. Kourosh, the owner, and his team have been courteous, patient and helpful. I find a local jeweler like this has a different flavor for me than a Zales and I feel much more confident in knowing that I will be treated well. Thank you guys.

My husband called the store and the owner approved for an exchange... So I was able to exchange my pair of earrings for ones that I love. Smart of the owner since most exchanges will result in an upsell. Much happier customer now! Should have a better policy in place for exchanges so more customers will be happy with their experience.

My wife's engagement ring, which was not purchased there, had a stone fall out. They set a new stone in it for a great price and saved the day!

I love this store. The staff is always cheerful and go out of their way to help. I have gotten jewelry repaired and have been very satisfied. I really like their Pandora collection and love to buy the charms

I have been doing business with Carnegie Jewelers since 2002. In my book they are top notch. They have good prices, excellent service and stand by what they sell. I'm not one to recommend a business to friends but I am not afraid to recommend them. The owner is very friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable about his products. I have been back for many more purchases as have those people I recommended.

I had been looking for a pair of diamond earrings and was referred to Carnegie Jewelers. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of their jewelry. The owner was there and introduced himself. I did purchase a beautiful pair of earrings and would definitely recommend Carnegie to my friends and co workers. FYI, they have a full service repair center. The parking was very convenient, got a spot right in front.

This is by far my favorite jeweler. I have been using them for almost five years now. I moved from Norcross to downtown Atlanta and I drive far just to get here. No matter what I am going for, I always feel like they truly care. These ladies are the best down to earth sales people. They are never pushy. As long as I am happy, so are they. You have to try them out.

Great choices for Pandora

I've had a great experience every time I have shopped with Carnegie. The staff is extremely polite and kind. I get my watch batteries done here all the time as well as my repairs if needed. The owner is a very kind guy and makes sure I am always satisfied with the work. I recommend Carnegie Jewelers to almost everybody!
