Customer Service is Exceptional!

I recently rented a unit from Melody, the manager, at Storage Stop and she was so accommodating. She answered all my questions and placed a good deal of emphasis on the security features such as the cameras. I was most impressed that each unit door is individually alarmed. Gate access is from 7am to 7pm, but I was running late with my U-Haul and she stayed at the office so that I wasn't hindered with having to unload a bit late. She's outgoing and friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that my needs were addressed. Stopping by the office to chat is always a fun time! More businesses should treat their patrons so graciously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storage Stop because it's located in a great neighborhood and Melody helped put me at ease in the transitional phase of my move from one house to finding another. I know my belongings are safe.
