We've been clients of BWR for several years. Brian is professional, experienced, knows his stuff and above all: Honest. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of - if anything, I feel that Brian takes care of his clients. I am very committed to supporting family owned businesses in my community and BWR is exactly that. They give back to our community, too. I only wish I'd found BWR before I got ripped off by the company that sold me my unit. I'm very grateful that BWR now maintains it and honestly repairs it when I need it.

I had to finally break down and change out my AC. Not something I wanted to do at all. BWR came out gave me a great estimate. I went ahead with the work. The installers were there on time, and had to let them know to be careful that my dogs didn't get out. They were very professional and took care of everything. They cleaned up after they were done. I'm really happy that I did this. I'm saving almost $200.00 a month in my electric bill. Thank you so much.

Called Brian to book a same day appointment. He showed up as promised and fixed my broken heater. He fixed it without any issues and did not try to up-sell. I will be a repeat customer.

BWR replaced all of our ducting. They did a great job and our house has never been cooler. They also worked around our hectic schedule which was very convenient. Great work guys. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

BWR is my ONLY heating/air conditioning service! I totally trust BWR to take care of all those needs. I have the yearly contract and BWR contacts ME when it is time for my 6 month service. Called him and 30 minutes later he was out at the house. fixed an issue that other companies tried charging almost 2x what he charged without doing any of what the other companies said it needed.would recommend him to anyone! keep up the great work

BWR was called and came out same day even though we called late in day! He was more than affordable. He offered advice as well as showed us what we needed to know to optimize service &repair. I cannot tell you how invaluable his service call was. You won't get this kinda of service from just any company. If you are not as lucky as we were to get same day service, hold tight. It is well worth the wait. The will do what they can to get you service ASAP. I have a heart condition (3 open heart surgeries) and would never have been able to bear this terrible heat! THANKS BWR!

BWR saved me hundreds of dollars this summer after installing the ZONE air cond. system. House is always cool and elec. bill went down over $200 each month! They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend BWR for all service needs.

Brian was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule same day and fix my air conditioner. He also gave my husband great tips to maintain our air conditioner to help it last longer and work more efficiently. Would definitely recommend BWR to anyone who wants a trustworthy A/C repairman. I called BWR on a referral from an associate. The day care my son attends air conditioner had stopped working properly and the provider did not know who to call. I explained the situation to the tech and let him know that there were young kids that attend the day care and that it was so hot after school. BWR sent someone out at 8:30pm so that when the kids got there in the morning the location was cool and comfortable. The best part was not that the price was so reasonable. It was that they actual CARED about the kids and they followed up to make sure everything was working! Since then if anyone every says they need heating or air work done I give them BWR's number.

Great service, very professional, great prices

About a year ago we were to referred to BWR b/c our A/C was not working properly. Brian from BWR arrived that night and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour while offering some great cost saving tips. He was honest, reliable and very affordable. I highly recommend him.

I had BWR come and fix my broken a/c during a very hot summer heat wave. They were affordable, on time, clean and curtious. I recommend this company to take care of your a/c and heating needs.

My house is approx. 3400/feet.over the last several years the electeical bills have climbed to over $700/mo during the summer months. Being the house was built after 2000 I felt there was nothing I could about the cost. We could either run the air conditioning and pay, or raise the thermostat and be uncomfortable. Due to the fact the air conditioning units cooled the house to replace them seemed too expensive and hard to justify. I talked to Brian, at BWR heating and cooling and he assured me that by replacing the outside condensers with more efficent ones I would save money and be able to keep my house comfortable. Brian gave me an estimate of the cost and how it would take to complete the job. I checked other companies and found BWR prices were way below the competition. I hired BWR to do the work and it has paid off. We stay comfortable day and night and our electrical bills have gone down by over $150 a month. The work was done when he said it would be and in a professional mannor. Everything he said was true and we would highly recommend BWR Heating and Cooling to everyone, and have.

Nothing but praise for this company, very polite and honest. Never tried ripping me off and just was truthful.

Hallelujah, we have air! Thanks to BWR!!! A couple of years ago we received quotes from two companies stating that we needed to replace our whole air conditioning unit?!? So knowing how expensive that is we have lived without air since then. We decided to call BWR because we heard that it was a honest and reliable company. Thank god we did! Brian came over and told us the unit just needed a couple of fuses and that was it! Saved us THOUSANDS! Now we are sittin' pretty and cool thanks to BWR, they made us feel like there are still good honest people in the world! Thanks BWR you ROCK!

This is such a great company! We called after we had our air conditioner "fixed" by another company. They did not fix the problem, and they charged a boatload of cash. We called Brian when we asked around for a reliable company that would fix the problem once and for all. He came through, alright. He was here the very day we called, fixed the problem and then some...even telling us about some preventitive steps to take. His prices were very fair and the service was amazing!! We have no need to look further for another company!!! We highly reccomend BWR!!

When our AC went out, I called BWR based on a friend's referal. Within a couple hours of my call my AC was fixed. Not only did the technician correctly diagnose the problem quickly, he fixed it, cleaned and serviced both units and all for way less than another company quoted. I couldn't have been happier with the service and will call Brian with BWR again if and when I ever need AC or heater service.
