I've been using Scott Yates @Americool Heating And Air Conditioning Services LLC for the better part of 10 years without complaint. Scott is not only a subject matter expert, but he is extremely responsive while providing outstanding service at a fair and reasonable price. Most importantly, Scott is trustworthy; he takes the time to explain each and every repair without trying to gouge you (or your wife) with anything unnecessary. With that said, it was a quick decision for me to have Scott replace our 20 year old existing HVAC system with a new unit this fall. I was extremely impressed with the installation and respect the fact Scott stands behind his work.
