Send a non licensed electricians to my house did a horrible job see pictures left a mess came back to finish and still never finished. $118 an hour for a fake electrician?

I called Burtner because I had a branch circuit which had gone out in my house. Two electricians showed up right at the time I was told to expect them. I explained my situation to them and they told me that the cost would be $115/hour plus parts.



They got right to work and in 50 minutes they had diagnosed and resolved the issue. The nuetral wire had come loose in the junction box for that circuit.



As we were preparing to settle the bill I asked if they could come back sometime and work on my bathroom exhaust fan. They asked me the problem, and I explained that the fan had simply stopped working, but that I already had a replacement fan. They said I still had 10 minutes of their time left. Within 10 minutes they had removed the faulty motor from the old fan and replaced with the working motor from my replacement fan.



Total cost to me was only $115. All of my electrical issues were solved. I have to say that I was very impresssed and if I ever need electrical work again I'll be sure to call Burtner.
