We were traveling in the Youngstown, Ohio area and had problems with the hydrologic jacks. We contacted Ralph's RV Center in Niles, Ohio and had a very positive experience with them. They were able to fix the problem that no one else could even find. The owner and all the staff we very professional and understanding of our situation. I would highly recommend them for any problems you may be experiencing. While there they also repaired a problem with our slide out awning cover. They have years of experience on numerous RV's and this was evident in our experience with them

Don't come here if your in need of someone moving fast. These folks are very slow and don't know where there parts are.
