First in the door, first to sign in, and last to be seen. I had to ask, did I get me appointment right? Then they put in me in a room, to hurry up and wait another 35 min? Really? Said they would be right with me. LOL Right! So I just left, now I need to find a new dentist. Sad, they cant keep their appointment, but expect you to.

This place is horrible. I've never been to either such an incompetent dental office or one who milks insurance. Though, all the work he says needs done is done, I'm still in pain and finding things he's not...such as 2 cavities and floss goes under half of one of my teeth. He's wanting to take out a filling to see if anything is there though he sees nothing then refill it. It makes no sense. What one dentist can do in a day takes multiple appts here. I'm gonna have to file a grievance w insurance so I can go to a real dentist.

I have been suffering. From tmj..was told to use a mouthguard and if it didn't help to come back.On the day of my appointment a receptionist. Called and said there's nothing he can do for me..which is ok but then proceeded to tell me that they can right me a refereral to go to the specialist I need to..and talking to other dental offices they don't see why...pure laziness and to top it all off the receptionist was very nasty and had this better than you oh well tone in her voice..I wouldn't send my worst nightmare in that office..there was this creepy old guy that was just walking around the office circle with gloves on which I'm assuming he works there..no privacy..no doors..other nurses in and out of my room getting supplies and the room was a mess there was a mini knife on the counter with a wooden handle covered with pink stuff on it the room was filthy it was the most ghetto dental office I've ever been in...please save yourself the headache and go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The couple times I had to visit were pleasant. All the staff were friendly but there was one that stood out (Trish) she showed more interest and consideration in making sure I was satisfied

if you want a dentist who spends 30 seconds cleaning your kids teeth so that when you're done your child still has food between teeth then this is your place! To top it off the lady answering phones thinks she's better than everyone, and can talk down to people. So rude!
