They have the best meat!!

Meat department can be stupid and rude at times but all other aspects of business is satisfactory. I buy a lot of plants and trees and employees are always helpful.

I love sheltons .love the meat and meat deals.love the honeycrisp apples.love the older gentleman who wrks in there.very very nice.ome here often once to twice a month. Wish we had one in three rivers, sturgis, and lagrange, indiana.we travel from lagrange indiana to shop here.

Love the people there sometimes the meat department can be alittle stupid but all in all Ask for Angie and she will help you with any of your needs

I am really surprised that Caitlin had such a bad time at Shelton's. I go there about twice a month, and have always had great, friendly service at the butcher counter. Same at the cheese counter. In fact, I have never had a cross word from anyone who works there, but always found them to be helpful. They even called me at home when my order of cherries came in.

I WILL NEVER GO TO SHELTON'S AGAIN. LOWERY'S FROM NOW ON! Wednesday around 11 am. Older male Butcher was very rude and made it very clear that he was annoyed with me. He rolled his eyes, shook his head in irritation, had a snooty tone with me and wouldn't make eye contact with me. Even though he was rude, I thanked him at the end and he mumbled mmhhmmm at me. I made a mistake and asked for the wrong meat in the beginning and was treated horribly afterwards by him. I guess everyone who shops there better be perfect because mistakes aren't allowed at Shelton's! I'm the customer, I'm the one buying from you, I'm one of the reasons you have a job and get a pay check ( because i'm a customer who spends money there!) Don't treat me like that. I usually shop at lowerys but since Shelton's is closer I went there this time. Will never ever ever go back to Shelton's! I'll use the extra gas to go to Lowery's from now on. To add to the bad review, the butcher handed me disgusting meat covered bags. Do you really think I want raw meat all over my hands when I have to dig into my purse for my wallet and hold my son's hand? Lowery's always wrapped everything in white paper so people's hands weren't filthy afterwards. Lowery's cut's pork loins exactly how I ask. Shelton's doesn't. Then when i went to check out the girl puts my 2 foot long porkloin in one grocery bag which ripped in the parking lot! I WILL NEVER GO TO SHELTON'S AGAIN. LOWERY'S FROM NOW ON!
