Darwin Linsangan--This is the second car I bought from Darwin. After we bought our first car he kept in contact and I called him a few times (including a situation where I needed a rental) and he promptly help me cut through the red tape. This time I wanted a GMC Acadia for a second car. I knew what I wanted from the internet so I called him up and he started the paper work before I even walked in! My brother has a business that requires him to buy trucks and he only buys from Darwin. If you want a pressure free, all questions answered, quick paper work experience, then ask for Darwin when you enter Golf Mill. You won't be disappointed. Sean Cullinan.

The dealer is very clean, well lighted, very modern and technologically advanced. The sales person was the best part of the whole deal "He offered us Ice cream" The vehicle was the cherry in the top. We bought a 2017 Fusion FORD. RED had to be the color, and since there was none at the ford niles. The sales person had to pick it up at another dealer. Very courteous, friendly, attentive, dedicated and most of all a great Human being. WE will return to buy another vehicle and will recommend to family and friends to buy from Ford. We will tell people that they give you Free Ice cream! THAN YOU for all of your great service.

I must say that Darwin Linsangan is the person you should seek if you need to purchase your next car. I have dealt with a lot of other sales representatives among different dealerships but Golf Mill Ford with the assistance of Darwin is top-notch. Different dealerships have different ways of helping you but Darwin makes it happen for you. He doesn’t beat around the bush, he goes straight to what you need to get the car you want, and he exhausts every effort to deliver his promise of getting the vehicle you desire. After going through different places, I wasn’t expecting a world class customer service experience that Darwin had provided. Superb experience! Will come back to see Darwin for my next car purchase!

I am a very happy customer. I will admit when you first drive up to the lot the sales guys are already starring and waiting for u to get out off the car. But with my credit history and wanting a good car w low payments and driving my sale guy Jimmy G crazy he had did an awesome job by doing everything he can to help me out. So between Jimmy, Wes, and Dominick. Thank you guys so much for helping with my car. Love the car... I have already recommended a few ppl to go check these guys out...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were understanding of my financial situation and they worked with me to get me a reliable that will get me to and from school and will last me for the upcoming years to come.

there was no preasure , or rushing, i didnt feel like i was getting the carsalesmen treatment at all.

TRUST is something i didnt go into the dealership with , but left happy and feeling i could trust them, as everyone was very nice friendly helpful & honest. not like other experiences i have had at smaller dealerships.

I was checking to buy a car. I was tying different cars like Nissan Sentra, Hyundai, Toyota and I ended up to buy Ford Focus 2014. It was a wonderful experience doing business with those people. If you go there ask for Andrew. You will not be disappointed.

Andrew was a perfect salesman. Found a very nice Escape and enjoy the smoother riding in it with all the great sell points such as 2.0 engine and great gas mileage. Very satisfied!

***I rate them 4 stars because of my salesman and the dealership management working with me*** I purchased a vehicle here about 2 weeks ago. The salesman and the dealership worked with me for over 3 hours to come to an agreement that both parties felt comfortable with. The facility is nice with clean bathrooms. My complaint is while during my experience, I observed an individual, who I assume was an employee, offering bootleg DVDs for sale to salesmen on the floor. This appears to happen frequently because I could hear them saying: "What do you have today?" During my visit, I noticed a lot of the salesmen were young. These young salesmen were talking to one another using profane language and didn't try to quite about it. What happened to the days of standing outside to greet customers. It appeared to me that they didn't have much to do. When I walked into the dealership nobody greeted me and I had to go out of my way to find assistance. This is a big turn-off to me. I almost walked out. Let me say though, the salesman I dealt with was professional and I have no complaints with. With that being said, I will probably not purchase another vehicle from here.

For the past few weeks I was looking to buy a new car. It had to be a vehicle that will accommodate my long commute (1.5 to 2hr each direction…). I was doing some of the leg work and had encountered countless of rude and slimy behavior from many sales people working for "big name dealers" throughout Skokie, Niles and Chicago. Not only was it disheartening but it was unpleasant and a waste of my time.

Luckily I happened upon Golf Mill Ford whilst perusing the internet one last time for the vehicle I was interested in. From the initial conversation with Stevan Bernard (our sales man) I felt like I was valued as a potential customer. Stevan displayed honesty, integrity and friendliness from the beginning of the process of buying my new Ford Fusion. I was treated as if we had been friends for years. I got a fair price for my trade-in, and overall, drove out a new car feeling I got a good deal!

All of the other people, from finance to service at Golf Mill Ford treated me with respect, took the time to listen and to make sure my questions are answered. I got the vehicle I wanted with zero stress or hassle! I love my new Ford Fusion, and there is no doubt I will continue to give Golf Mill Ford my business when purchasing a vehicle in the future, and when servicing my new Fusion.

Mark Gurgone is a great salesman. This is the third vehicle that our family has bought form Golf Mill Ford and Mark.

Overall, good experience. Our salesman, Sam, was great. Definitely recommend him. I'm only giving 4 stars because the manager was was too pushy and after you are done, they make you meet with the customer service manager. Truthfully, I just wanted to get out of there after being there for 5 hours. Overall good experience, love the car and would definitely recommend Sam to anyone.
