Gemini Junior High School offers education to more than 1,000 students in grades seven and eight. The school operates under the East Maine School District. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies, foreign languages, physical education, and health and life management. It also provides classes in fine arts, practical arts and electives. It is a college preparatory school and offers general, honors and advanced placement courses to students. Gemini Junior High School also provides lessons in mass communication and business education. The school facility is equipped with science and technology labs, classrooms and specialty classrooms for art, choir and drama. Gemini Junior High School is located in Niles, Ill.
